Assessment

It is a check-up of the opportunities for improvement of an organisation, function or department: through the use of Lean methods, techniques and tools, inefficiencies, waste, constraints, potential capabilities and improvement actions are identified and measured.

Kaizen Week

Kai-Zen in Japanese means "change for the better", it is an activity of rapid improvement of operational processes, or of some of their problematic phases, which takes place at the customer's organization in a limited time frame, typically the "Kaizen week ”, with immediate results.

Improvement project

A Lean improvement project aims at identifying, planning and implementing significant changes and innovations in industrial, administrative and commercial activities and processes, to increase their performance and achieve strategic objectives.
