Day 1 

Lean Management principles, methods and tools 

  • The basic principles of Lean in Quality

  • Value orientation

  • The 7+x types of waste

  • The 5S for order, cleanliness and sistematicity

  • Visual management

  • The standardized problem solving, DMAIC

Day 2

Lean metrics, quality maps and case histories

  • Lean metrics and KPIs

  • Lean and GMP

  • Mapping of Quality processes and process capability

  • Quality Control of external (suppliers) and internal processes

  • Exposure to successful practical applications and obtainable results from the application of Lean in the Quality function

Day 3 (optional)

Kaizen, practice and project work

  • The Kaizen approach for continuous improvement

  • The Kaizen-One-Pager and the A3 methodology: identify and concretely elaborate an improvement project for your organization
